How Many Novas Can We Fit?

When RK at SoCalNovas approached us about hosting a Novas get together at CPP, we were a bit concerned about how many cars we could actually park at our shop. Our building is situated at the end of Freedom and American (which we have always loved) in an industrial section of Anaheim. We have lots of square footage under our roof, but not a lot of parking area. We alerted our neighbors who were happy to accommodate us, and this past Saturday we watched over 50 Novas drive down our street. Members of Steve's Nova Site and their families toured our facility, talked with each other face to face, got tech assistance from CPP and TCI, and then cruised to Nick's for burgers. We were excited to be a part of a great day and a wonderful group of people. (And next time we are making room for another 50 Novas!)

Nova Shines at SEMA 2008

CPP was honored this year in having the Nova chosen for a "choice spot" inside the North Hall lobby at the SEMA 2008 show. With over 60,000 domestic and international buyers expected at the show this year, we were excited to have so much exposure for the car.

Nova Shines at San Pedro Car Show

The Nova made its way out to San Pedro last weekend for the 3rd Annual "Rick Clarke Memorial Car Show" hosted by the Los Angeles Harbor Masonic Lodge. Cars from around the area came out for a beautiful day of hot rods, food, music and fun. The sounds of the Reef Rammers surf rock band, featuring San Pedro's own Jerry Butera, could be heard throughout the day. Over 20 cars were in attendance and a host of friends and family came out to enjoy the festivities. The Masons of California fraternal organization contributes millions of dollars annually to help those who are less fortunate.

SoCal Novas 2008 BBQ

Members of Steve's Nova Site where "Nova People Help Nova People" held their 3rd annual SoCal Novas BBQ last weekend. Over 47 cars showed up for a day of socializing, putting faces to screen names, eating great food, and doing some serious "bench racing". After taking over a small quiet neighborhood street in Alta Loma, they lined up for their annual Victoria Gardens cruise and what a sight to behold! The get together was filmed by the folks over at LiveCarShows.com who will have a DVD available soon of the day's festivities. CPP supported the SoCal group with some raffle prizes and our yellow beauty could be spotted parked amoungst the long line of other first and second generation Novas.
